thumbIn three of my rifles the Varmint Nitemare by Mid South is showing remarkable results.
  • 22-250 at 50 yds. 3300fps. 6 shot 1/4" group At 3250 3 shots 1/4" 5 shots 3/4"
  • .223 at 50 yds. 3050fps. 4 shot 3/8" group 5 shot 1/2" group. 2700 fps(Blue Dot) 5 shot 1/2" group.
  • .222 at 50 yds. 3175fps.9 shot 1/2" group.
There was no effort to maximize accuracy such as load variation or best OAL. An effort was made ,however, to seat the bullets out as far as allowable with respect to the rifling and not magazine length.

These bullets sell for less than a nickle each. In the case of the 22-250 where Accurate 86 was the powder a 200 round day would net a reduction in cost of $14.00 to $20.00. beerroger
