In this province you will not run into the problem of large farrel dog populations because this is truly wild country. 99% of B.C. is true predater domain. Coyotes, wolves, couger, and the bears will eat them. Hell, even the eagles will kill a young dog. The only places that these stray dogs are a problem is around the populated areas. The only places that I've seen these packs of wild dogs, is around indian resies. I've seen these dogs in numbers as large as 15 chasing free range cattle. I can emagine they take there toll on the wildlife also.

A single dog out in the bush here most times will be just simply lost. It's just a matter of time before some one saves it or something eats it. If it's chasing game or livestock, boom! But more than likley you can find it's home or take it to a shelter. I think that the people who think they should kill a dog before thinking twice have issues, at least in the area I call home. For those of you who live in farm country and deal with this ferral dog problem, I can't condemn what you feel you have to do.

If anyone ever shot my dog because I didnt have her on a leash, I would fucking kill the cocksucker. [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]
