I can't figure out what makes this thing so "$p€¢ia£". AND, this one isn't even new, a new one is $250.

Now, if they had put a locator button on it, so you could press a button on your
TV and have this thing beep from under the couch cushion, then I think any parent with kids might buy one but otherwise it looks like just another remote...

It is however a realy fancy remote.

the harmony is a fantastic remote .. all the features of a 1K sony, without the large LCD and charges ... you can integrate, well, everything that can take a remote ... and then, if you like, build custom macros on your pc and upload them .. like "start a dvd" turns on tv, dvd, home theater, sets tv to dvd input, sets tv volume to nil, sets home theater volume to whatever you have preset, and skips to DVD main menu block, then hits play ... with one button

its a geek thing!
