I happened across a spectacular photograph taken by a friend at Seeley Lake Saturday, August 4, 2007, at the Jocko Lake fire. Seeley Lake, Montana, has bordering it four finger lakes: Seeley Lake, Placid Lake, Jocko Lake, Salmon Lake. I hope you enjoy it. You can see the beacon flash on the cell tower on Double Arrow lookout [point] in Lolo National Forest. Fortunately the fire did not advance much past this point. We had 5 to 30 minutes at this time as it was reported the fire moved 5 miles during 2 hours just prior to this photo. Here is the thumbnail. It's so simple to be wise. Just think of something stupid to say and then don't say it. Sam Levinson

Reminds me of the fire(s) in Jack County Texas this year. We could see it on the ridges --and the --alot closer ,very quickly. DuggaBoye-O NRA-Life Whittington-Life TSRA-Life DRSS DSC HSC SCI
