This load is the max load in the Hodgdon #27 manual. The cases are .243 Win. Winchester cases converted to .22-250. Primer pockets were uniformed and flash holes deburred.
the load is 36.5 grains of H-Varget, CCI #BR-2 primers, 55 grain Nosler ballistic tip bullets. These ballistics are the result of ten shots over a PACT PC2 chronograph. Extreme spread=9.4fps. Standard deviation=6.7 fps. M.A.D.=4.9 fps. 5 shot group=.174" center/center. Instrumental 10' velocities=3747fps.

I use 38.4gn of H380 behind a 55gn V-Max and Federal match primer to group 1 inch at 200 metres, leaving me at 3603fps.
