I'm shooting a new load in my Encore 25:06 for hog hunting and shooting does. 85 grain Nosler ballistic tip, 58 grains H4831. This past weekend I killed 3 hogs. Shot them right behind the ear and dropped in their tracks. Bullet was a complete pass through.

Killadeaux, Like the name!! Bet some folks missed the significance of it!! 55-57 grains of Reloader 19 and the same 85 grain Nosler will probably work in your 25-06 also. Give it a try and report back. Go ahead and try 56.0 grains with a Match Primer(CCI or Federal) and report back. Back to the name..............KILL MORE DOES!!! Get the population back to where it should be!!! Make it go back to where when a deer is spotted it is a momentous occasion!! It's easier to kill 100 darn deer a year than 100 groundhogs here anymore!!!! And the darn deer are easier to hit at 800 yards!! GHD
