Ken Waters says 48gns of H-4895 for 2400+ with 200grns bullets, I prefer a grain or soo less as 1 of my .33s is a T/D. I've also had good luck with 4064 & 3031.
.33 WCF loads I would get a copy of Handloader magazine #184 Dec 1996 a gentleman of by the name of J Ken Chapman has a very good article that has some good stuff on jacket and cast loads for the.33 I found the same thing as him velocity would be several hundred ft for a given load more than the loading manual show, settled for 40 grs of H 4895 @2100fps for my Winchester 200 gr FP btw the 33 really likes cast loads also-rawhider
