I finally found a couple cans of H4350. 78gr with the 350gr Woodleigh sound like too much? Also what about 80gr with the 250gr NorthForks? CTG .375 H&H. Primer Federal 215. OAL 3.6" Andy We Band of Bubbas N.R.A Life Member TDR Cummins Power All The Way Certified member of the Whompers Club

This should help, it's the reply from Geoff McDonald at Woodleigh bullets to essentially the same question. Your loads are very much in line with ours:- 375 H&H 350gr RN or PP SN Federal 215 primer 68-72 grains H4350 for 2300-2380 fps. For FMJ start at 68 grains and work up if required. My rifle is due in this week. The only load data I have is for Barnes 350g bullets. Do you have any suggested loads for the 350g bullets? I was thinking of using H4350. For 350g jacketed bullets Modern Reloading 2nd Edition by Richard Lee gives: H4350 68g 2261 fps H4350 72g 2432 fps Thanks much, Chuck Regards, Chuck "There's a saying in prize fighting, everyone's got a plan until they get hit" Michael Douglas "The Ghost And The Darkness"

Those 350gr PP are good medicine for buffalo at about 2350. Or maybe bad medicine from the buff's point of view Have gun- Will travel The value of a trophy is computed directly in terms of personal investment in its acquisition. Robert Ruark
