Ol BullBig Bore Action Match In Montana........Updated Again
I'm going to put on a Big Bore Action Match here in Montana June 7th. I'm sure most of you have seen the video from BBAS on You Tube. I'm going to do my best to follow their led. Sorry but i don't have any moveing targets. They will all be stationary.
All targets are buffalo targets as that is all i could find. I got them from Safari Press.
All shots will be under 100 yards, most will be under 60 yards. Rounds fired will be 28.
This a FOR FUN Match only, no prize for the winner. Sorry.
It will be held at the High Ore Range 30 miles south of Helena.
Entry fee is $15 to cover the cost of targets.
I hope to see some of you there.
If you have any questions you can PM or E-Mail me.
Sign up starts at 8:00...Shootin a 9:30
Classes will be:
Big Bore Levergun: 38/55 - 50 Express
Medium Bore: .338 - .375
Big bore: .395 - .458
Ultra Big Bore: Over .458 - .700
Bolts, Doubles and Single shots will each have a separate class.
No sight restictions.
I have a vendor coming and he will have lunch, snacks, and beverages. This is not included in the entry fee.

Rodney H.{500Jeffery}I'm interested, the timing gives me plenty time to plan around work. The opportunity to check out and possibly fire "Bitteroots 700" is just a bit much for me, but I will try to maintain myself...Keep this post going as we {Texans} need a place to play in the summer. Rodney.
22 February 2008, 08:09
vapodogI'm busy building a house but just might find time to make that shoot....does a .404 Jeffery qualify?

fritz454Dogs and gophers will be out in force in June. Depending on the amount of rain the grass may be getting a bit long to see em real well but picking out an eye ball in the hay is all part of the fun.
