I would like to get such a mould.
Please! Who makes it! Big Grin
500 Mbogo, 510JAB, and 500A2 all could use some of those bullets.

Looks perfect.

What gas check are you using there? Hornady 50-cal for .500" pistol bullets?

And they are sized to what diameter?
.509
.510
.511
.512
Using what sizeing die?

Bullet casting is much better for your health, and wallet, than murdercycles!

I use .511 gas checks.

and the sizing die is .510 if I remember correctly.

The bullet size before sizing is .516

Just tell me what your specs you want on this bullet and I am sure we can get it to your specifications...

Playing with me, eh?
Don't know who makes the mould?
Don't know who makes the gas check?
.516" to .510" sounds like a happy accident rather than a plan. bewildered
Let's try to remember correctly what size and who made the sizing die?

What alloy is that .510"(hopefully)/580-grain RNGC?
It is a beauty.

Already have an NEI mould for 670-grainer that I can use.
Don't want to design a custom mould right now.
Your specs seem fine (if remembered correctly), sort of a universal 500 bullet there.
Thought you had all the details worked out on this one already ... ???

Several around here might be looking for a "turn key" 500 Jeffery bullet mould.

Sorry,

Did not wanted to sound so vague... hilbily

The mould is custom made in South Africa to specifications.

The Gas Checks comes from a company in the US.

I am in Dubai and the guy that make my bullets are in South Africa so its a bit difficult to remember all his measurements.

I will give him a call and confirm what he uses.

The final product is 580gr but it also depend on the lead used.

You are welcome to PM me and I will get you all the info you require.
