Does it have: The number on the left side of the reciever? The year on the right? A brass batch or the ring after it app. 3 cm in dia. on the stock? The pins marked "S" and "H"? If so then it's a Swedish roller made by "Carl Gustafs Gun Factory" See this link for further info: http://www.mtek.chalmers.se/~m95perm/vapen/eldhandv/div/remington.en.html Have fun with it Henrik PS almost forgot. The Swede was originally chambered for a round closely resembling the american 50-70, and in order to accept a 50-90 , it had to be rechambered.
