I find myself suddenly needing some .500 Jeff brass, but all I can find is Bertram brass at 98 bucks a box. Does anyone else make brass for this beast?

Both Horneber and Jamison make it. Contact www.huntingtons.com which stocks for them.

I use horneber. Some of my cases have been loaded 8 times and going strong. I have had to trim them a very small amount to true the case mouth. I crimp my loads and I think it stresses the mouth of the case much more than the case body/neck.

I thought I had some defective Jamison brass, but instead it turned out to be a defective RCBS sizing die and the brass was fine.

Judge,

tell me where the location of that shot is, and how I can get a small cabin built there.
