jeffeossothe .577 bpe is acually a .577 bullet, not a .585, as I found out, in opposite, when I was working with richard's 577 NE.
www.neihandtools.com makes them

casper50Jeff maybe its the individual rifle but my rifle has very good bores and the groove measurement is .598" I think that the really old ones were all made to the individual maker's desires.

casper50Thanks Fred but his website says he isn't making molds until he gets his shop built and he has no idea when that will be.

.798? my goodness, wouldn't a .577 or even .620 bullet just rattle around in there?

The Metalsmith.798 doesn't sound right, sounds more like a 10ga than a .577 bpe. Was that a mistype of .5798?
Also check Dixie gun works, sometimes they have off the wall molds for rifles as such.

nopride2Randy Brooks made mine. You need to specify weight, dimensions and shape. Cast to bore diameter, patch to groove diameter.
