400 2 3/4 Westley Richards what s it? i have seen a few references to it but have not seen it. does anyone know what it is?

Your not thinking 450/400 2-3/4 which I think was a BP and nitro for BP loading??? Basically a roughly 250gr projectile at 1700fps.
Bertram produces brass for 450/400 2-3/8 and 450/400 2-7/8 ... then the presumably nitro rounds 450/400 3" and 3-1/4".
