Who is building these these days? Any reccomendations for an inexpensive build? I am looking to get one started in the next few months.

You will need a recoil lug on the barrel.. PLEASE.. I'll let any normal smith borrow the reamer .. but, please understand, if it gets broken, I'd ask you to pay for the regrind ...

Tip Burns? anyone you like, that has done big guns before?
