You look at a four bore double at SCI Reno, try to stilfe the involuntary flinch caused by you just looking at it, then think "I've got to get me one of those!"

HaHa. I never thought of that. My funnel goes to 46 cal. I guess its no more funnel once the 510 Wells shows up.

When you switch from answering questions about how big the powder charge is from grains to "___ loads per pound.". And that number is less than sixty...

Those of you who were privileged to attend the first Hoot-n-Shoot will remember me holding up my 550 Gibbs and dropping a loaded 458 Lott round down the barrel; and having it slide thru and hit the ground.

That extra tenth of an inch is a good step up.

You know you are a big bore shooter when you start to use ounces instead of grains to refer to bullet weight.
