You might try PM-ing Ray Atkinson for information, or email Woodleigh. Ray tested that bullet for Woodleigh. Check Woodleigh's website for contact information.

That is what you will probably wind up doing anyway. Even the same powder can vary from Lot to Lot, and every rifle is different, so why not?

This is the reply I got when I contacted Woodleigh back at the end of January:

We haven't tried 4350 with the 450gr bullets.
The loads we recommend as follows:-
Federal 215 primer
450gr SN bullet
94 grains IMR 4831 for 2304 fps
94 grains H 4831SC for 2300 fps
100-105 grains H1000 for 2100-2200 fps.
For FMJ reduce by 3 to 5 grains then work up if necessary.
Regards,
Geoff McDonald.

That's what they recommend unless they've done more testing since. Ray Atkinson only loaded for the 416 Rem., I already talked to him about that.

I have only used them in the 416 Remington and 404 Jefferys for hunting cape buffalo and plainsgame, and Bison, elk and deer... and lately in my new 416 Ruger I am shooting them on paper. They perform very well in the .416 Ruger much to my surprose and I get an easy 2350 FPS with them and betting I can get 2400 FPS within reasonalble pressure. We will see.

Sorry, but have not used them in the .416 Rigby but I would think that 94 to 95 grs. of IMR-4831 would work, cut back about 15% and work up.
