Anyone ever try the barnes 350 or 400 grain semi-spitzer bullets in ther single shot? I was wondering if anyone else made a semi-spitzer or spitzer in .458 that could be used in the .45/70 and how much would they help for those longer range shots?

I tried the Speer 350 gr hot-core in my 45-70, but groups were not all I wanted and I went back to the various 400 gr offerings. It was a nice-looking bullet, though
