The folks at Huntingtons tell me they now have HORNEBER .450 NE #2 brass in stock. I don't see it on their web site yet, but I did talk to them on the phone. Last year when I checked with them they had told me they had been waiting two years for it already. | ||

Copper Country, Thanks for the heads up. I'm considering having my Kokiak Mk IV rechambered to .450NE 3 1/4 or .450NE #2, so I've been studying cost and availability of components. I love the low pressure, sturdiness, and extractability of the #2, but the brass price is double and availability may be spotty. Just looking for a magic revelation that'll push me one way or the other. Steve | |||

Did they say how much for the Horneber brass? These things are so low pressure, that the Bertram crap works just fine.-Rob | |||

Click on the Huntingtons link above to see list prices. They have the Horneber as less expensive than the Bertram, but neither are cheap. Helps if one has a FFL to get better pricing. | |||
