Copper Country.450 NE #2 Fans
The folks at
Huntingtons tell me they now have HORNEBER .450 NE #2 brass in stock. I don't see it on their web site yet, but I did talk to them on the phone. Last year when I checked with them they had told me they had been waiting two years for it already.

skl1Copper Country,
Thanks for the heads up. I'm considering having my Kokiak Mk IV rechambered to .450NE 3 1/4 or .450NE #2, so I've been studying cost and availability of components. I love the low pressure, sturdiness, and extractability of the #2, but the brass price is double and availability may be spotty.
Just looking for a magic revelation that'll push me one way or the other.

RobgunbuilderDid they say how much for the Horneber brass? These things are so low pressure, that the Bertram crap works just fine.-Rob

Copper CountryClick on the Huntingtons link above to see list prices. They have the Horneber as less expensive than the Bertram, but neither are cheap. Helps if one has a FFL to get better pricing.
