Just fireforming, any modern gun with medium weight barrel
12ga can do that. Rob and I have done it quite a bit.
Oh we had perfect headspace with add on rims, but that 50cal
slug a in bore .229" bigger can't build real high pressures
to hurt the gun, bullet just rattles down barrel
with a bunch of unburnt powder. In video they used tape
to get case centered so bullet is pointed straight
down the barrel, just as our 12ga FH rim holds
case centered and they didn't use the heaviest 50 slug either.
The tape also bound it in tight so the pin could hit primer
real solid. Maybe make a good door breacher.ED

I would say that selective breeding has not caught up with these two yet.

Where is my .50 BMG pistol? That was nearly as good for laughs at the range as my old .600NE.
Just imagine what the offspring of those two look like! -Rob

Rob, thats why I needed the 600 bolt gun to go with the 600 nitro handgun! They both work you over pretty good with recoil.

Don't be hard on them. They are just wild
thinking experimenters like the rest here.
They got dozens of videos posted on y-tube
about all kinds of gun stuff. They really are into
the shooting sports and testing.Ed

REAl men/ crazy experimenters shoot 30-06 through 6.5 Jap Arisakas! Will a .30 cal bullet extrude through a .25 bore? .22 Bore? .20 Bore? Lets see some videos! I wish I still had those Arisakas! I made quite a few of them when you could buy one for $10.0.-Rob
