Mr. Jamison makes excellent brass. He is bringing out new stuff all the time. If he has made any errors in the past it seems to be in the first run of something new for him, and it is a matter of too big and strong rather than any puniness or weakness. He soon gets it right, even if he has to hand turn all the rims down a little or get the extractor groove a little deeper on that first batch.

Anything he has made more than one new batch of ought to be perfect. Quality is "job one" for Marc Jamison at Jamison International.

Yep, the Hornady brass is good stuff too. thumb

The price differential is significant. I think I'll order the Jamison, and post my opinions.

I already have some Hornady brass, and agree it is well made.

If the Jamison Lott is as nice as the Jamison .577-450 Martini brass, it should be excellent.

Jamison brass is excellent!!

I use their brass in 416 Rigby, 45-70 and 500 S&W. It holds up to reload after reload.

If you're interested, see my quick comparison between the two case brands. Both are high quality, in my opinion.
