BURNS GUN REPAIRTip was reccommended to me by my friend and fellow forum member BobC.
Tip has been a joy! He calls me to let me know how things are going. He answers the phone when I call to ask him a question.
The wood is American Black Walnut. I bought the blanks from Robert Watts at
WATTS WALNUTI own 3 of Robert's blanks.
Robert's prices were very reasonable and he was a pleasure to do business with.

LIFE IS NOT A SPECTATOR'S SPORT!
Great to hear about your progress with Tip. I had only had one small job done with Tip and was extra pleased, but whenenver I recommend someone I am so glad to see that he delivers. Got your Whitworth front sight hood. I also got a higher white bead to install, hopefully to bring POI down a few inches at 50, and a nice white bead friendly to my over 50 eyes. Hope the work on the 404's keeps progressing. Bob
