I found this on my own and it is a good read. Well written and appears to be about as unbias evaluation of those ctgs as I could find. The info on 505 gibbs and 500 jeff are right on the money. IMHO.

This is a good start, however Dan had access to the creators of these rounds and did not access them. There are several errors and omissions. Dan's personal grduge against me prevented him from taking information and updates. I kept thinking about michael458's B&M rounds also and your ARrounds Jeff.I wish they were included for comparisons with the others... I really really liked Butch Searcys bolt actions & his single shot rifles..WOW VERY NICE !! Also it was a learning experiance for me,i had no idea what the powder charges were in those cannons & the Power/Recoil...ouch!! None are listed in any of my reloading books.. All these years before i found AccurateReloading... i thought the 458winchester & 460 weatherby were the biggest stopping rifles in the world Thanks Saeed Hey Jeff, what did you do to that fellow to upset him

WOW, I didn't know my 458 Lott wasn't a big bore. Would have been a good article if they compared .400's and up also.
