It looks like his scope is defective and is shifting POI. Maybe there is a screw loose?
Of course:

since you are a newcomer, i can assure you( after reading his nonsense for years), he is not pulling anyone's leg. he is just as dense as his posts appear.

shootawayAs I was taking my sights off my 308 to send to my gunsmith to get them installed on my new rifle,I discovered one of the two screws on the rear sight was loose.I thought that it could be possible that the bad groups were not caused by a shot out bore and were instead caused by the loose screw.I didn't think so but went to the range today and shot my 308 again after tightening the screw.I was right and the poor groups were caused by the shot out bore.I am looking forward into continueing to shoot my 308 with the open sights and becoming more familiar with sight picture and how it is affected by light and whatever else. Also, improving my speed, hold and trigger control.I am also looking forward to making another lott shooting video. Most of all,I am looking forward to taking a vacation and going hunting in africa.

jdollarwhat the hell are you talking about? all the pictures you posted were for a .458 not a .308 and the grouping was awful. and i don't think a "shot out" bore had shit to do with it. a shot out brain is a more likely culprit.

You sure are lucky to get to shoot enough to "shoot out" the bores of so many rifles. Especially considering that you are shooting cartridges that are known to be easy on the bore.
BTW, don't pay attention to Jeffe. He is just jealous.
