.375 Hornady and 450/400 Nitro

Just finished watching Tracks Across Africa tonight with Steve Hornady after Cape Buffalo. During the discusion with Craig Boddington, Hornady made the announcement of the introduction of the .375 Hornady, which appeared to be made using a .404 case or RUM case necked to .375 and made for a standard length action. He also showed the new manufactured 450/400 Nitro that Hornady is making. Anybody got any more difinitive info on the .375 Hornady?
