Has anyone heard of Bortech bullets? A little birdie that slipped its lips at McMillian told me, Boretech is supposed to be making the long range solids for the new .416 Barrett and I am wanting to purchase some of their solids to play with in my .416 Rigby. Any info, links, or a phone number would be appreciated. Jeff, you probably know this... Those bullets will be "pointed", great for long range shooting, not so good for hunting. DOUBLE RIFLE SHOOTERS SOCIETY

Yes Sir, I know that. I use either the Speer Mag tips or Barnes X-Bullets for hunting. I'm just wanting to see how deeply I can penetrate 1" cold rolled steel at long range, and target shoot with the "Pointed" solids. Wood You have the name wrong for the company making the bullets. I will soon be a dealer for the bullets as the first 10,000 have been made and sent to them. RNS

Well, I'm just telling ya what a lady at Barrett slipped and told me. They might have changed suppliers by now to get them at a cheaper unit price, who knows. Do you mind devulging the manufacturers name (via PM, perhaps)???
