Thanks Karl. I won a 12 ga Zabala (3", choked Mod/Full) on auction in GunBroker.com. It came in yesterday and I was impressed with it overall. It's a 1973 gun, imported by Eagle Arms and is in very good shape. The gun was carried a lot and shot a little evident by a few "character" dings and dents and yet it's somewhat stiff to open/close and it locks up tight. Bores were mirror bright and the chambers cleaned up with a minute or two with a brush. The only bad thing worth mention is the recoil pad was collapsed and hard as a brick (currently being replaced with a Pachmayr by a local smith as I type this). I would rate the gun as 90+ percent. A SxS in this shape, snap caps, and a gun case for $250 USD isn't doing too bad I would say. Now off to bust a few bunnies (or field lions) !

Blackhawk, sounds like you got yourself a great deal.
Once again I don't know much about them but $250 is less price than any of the ones I researched second hand, and some of those didn't look 90%.

Karl.
