Greg Abbott is very pro gun rights, etc. also anti fed. intervention into Texas state issues. So I think that he will sign it, just judging from past performance + ideals.

Never mistake motion for action.

People are delusional if a state can pass a law circumventing a federal law. Supremacy clause of constitutional will squash any imaginary legislation.

Good luck to the person in Texas who wants to be a test case.

Beretta682E is correct. This is a feel good law. Couple of guys in Kansas did this and are in the Federal prison system for following KS state law.

Yeah, I have heard about state laws that supposedly trump federal. I don't want to be the guinea pig.

Not really in the prosecution sense.

https://www.criminaldefenselaw...ana-federal-laws.htm

There are aspects where they do - primarily access to banking system ect and that is why the industry is largely cash only.

If you are pot head and it’s allowed in your state. For firearms purchase the federal govt can deny you access to guns for using pot.

The Texas law is a joke. No manufacture will step into this mess aside from some idiot 3D printing them.

From one of the largest silencer/suppressor dealers in the country. They are based in Texas.

I buy a lot of stuff from them and their service and knowledge is exceptional.
