I decided to retreive one of my old posts from the depths of obscurity because I just recently bought myself a scanner.
I know it was bloody hard to know what I was talking about without any pictures to go along with it.
Anyway, here it is:

Pre WW2; 1930s - can't give you specific dates as all my references are packed. Value - given the condition, hard to judge . . . condition has such an influence. My WAG would be a range of $15 - $40 and probably toward the low end of that range.
