My friend has 3 boxes of Western .375 ammo loaded with 300 grain Winchester Silvertips. These are factory loads in original box. Address says Alton, IL USA. No zip code ect. Yellow boxes, Western printed in red. Condition of box and contents are good. Anyone have an idea of current value? I advised him not to use them as they would most likely be somewhat collectable. I had a box of 458 500gr,solids that looked like they could have been the first ever produced in great shape and only got 25.00 for them on gunbroker auction....Hope this helps. | |||

I found a box like those, left from a friend of my dads when the went hunting many years ago.-- just shot them and reloaded the cases. I don't think they have much special value. | |||

This is more like NOS (new, old stock) than a collectible. They might bring a slight premium from the proverbial "right guy" who has a rifle of the era, but typically ammo produced 1970s to date attracts little collector interest *UNLESS* it is something exotic and also desirable. | |||
