With potato joe edging us closer to a nuclear situation I've thought about whether it is worth using PI tablets? What are you all thinking? I am going to order some more water purification tablets to stop giardia. I do think we are in for some extended power outages. ~Ann

https://www.cdc.gov/nceh/radiation/emergencies/ki.htm It is still stocked at nuclear plants for emergencies. At $25 a bottle, sure couldn't hurt to have on-hand. Certainly enough for at least 14 days per person. That would cover you for the criical time allowing radiation to drop far enough to prevent acute exposure to high levels of ionizing radiation. It only protects the thyroid gland.

You NEED to find the product with the longest forward Best By Date. I just bought 120 with BB date of 09/30/32 ALSO a few rolls of 6 Mill Visqueen and staples. ALASKA is a "HARD COUNTRY for OLDMEN". (But if you live it wide'ass open, balls'to the wall, the pedal floored, full throttle, it is a delightful place, to finally just sit-back and savor those memories while sipping Tequila).
