Ann as to your comment on salary, I can't agree more. My friends from college that took teaching jobs were not making jack while the "Administrator" was making 100K+ a year. That's why they are constantly moving them from one school district to another + we are forced to pay their salary. Ineptitude involuntarily financed. Sorry, my usual complaint but honestly, if I knew how to fix it I would; I'm much more concerned with positive results than bitching. Never mistake motion for action.

A salary or fee is only as good as can be if people are willing to pay it. Someone might be the best there is at a certain skill but if no one can afford you what good is it? I am sure these situations are what cause issues like communism, etc. When we all went through the lock downs of 2020 and some people were determined essential and others were not was interesting. ~Ann

Salaries are (or should be assigned by merit). So many we see today are not even remotely in that category,. I really felt pity for the restaurant trade; those folks up + down the line suffered. Communism/socialism (same thing under a different facade) brings the unenlighted to their cause by chaos in the nation + the premise that now all men can suffer equally. In my trade (a dying one I might add) is doing sheet metal work that along with dealing with new a.C. contractors to pay the interim bills, my main interest is in the replication of century old finials, facades, ogive frames, etc. Sorry, got off on a tangent, but the point being that some jerk in a suit (who does nothing but delegate to the women {who really do ALL the work } is worth X amount of dollars when someone who knows how to reconstruct historical icons is not Never mistake motion for action.
