There could be a political element to this in Pakistan.

The political spectrum has been volatile for the last couple of years.

I know that Danish's dad was very well connected and possibly even a minister in the govt a few years ago.

Just a thought.

I hope this ends well for Danish. It would be sad if this affect hunting legally in Pakistan.

Not been on AR lately, just noticed and gone through this thread now but have been aware of this unfortunate situation.

Pakistan is a magnificent country that has a lot to offer, it also has some great and honest people who are very hospitable in nature. Pakistan’s trophy hunting programs is a success that is bringing a lot of its unique mountain game back from the brink of extinction to a healthy sustainable population, all thanks to the contributing hunter’s dollars.

When I see people hunting Blue Bull and Black Buck here thinking they are hunting fair chase it is just sad and it brings bad name to the country as there is no huntable wild population of these species available in Pakistan. So yes, there are black sheep in our system that will get filtered but overall as I said there are some good honest outfitters who are doing a fantastic job in providing solid opportunities to hunters.

The date noted is on a Saturday. My guess is that it won’t be on Saturday. Regardless, it does appear that something is happening soon.

I am told by two sources that Bruce filed a motion to dismiss. The government’s response was due yesterday.

No clue what they say.
