Did anyone see the Shockey show on these magnificent creatures? It looks like a pretty rough hunt to me. They were on way too many areas with STEEP drop offs. I don't think I could do it to be honest. I loved it when they tied the hunters the the guides.

I do have to say it was one of the more interesting shows I have seen in a while.

I saw a par tof it. That show actually made my mind up and I plan on doing this hunt in the next few years.

I was there in 2010, and it was an awesome experience. Those mountains are fantastically steep!

Hey Larry its a fantastic hunt and one that you should do.Yes it tough going but well worth it. Havd a look at the pic's on my post. You could always do the hunt when the animals are down lower. tu2

Larry, check out the Ibex a couple of threads below...49 1/2". If that doesn't get us on the treadmill, nothing will.

I can honestly say it was probably the toughest hunt I have ever been on. Worthy adversary. Do it while you can. Put your drinking shoes on if you do it in Russia!

I've heard of hiking shoes but I'm not familiar with "drinking" shoes. I can only guess, LOL..... unless you enlighten me. What are they?
