Greg BrownleeBack from Kyrgyzstan - Photo added
Got back from Kyrgyzstan last weekend after a tough hunt. We went 4 for 4 on ibex, but didn't get to hunt the area originally booked so August in Naryn was a bit tough.
I shot the tight curl billy below from 415 yards at the same time my hunting partner shot his which made for a memorable hunt! Once I'm settled in and have a chance to upload pics and get caught up at work I'll post a hunt report. Tough hunt, but we had a great time.

Jack D BoldGreg,
Congrats on a fine trophy. Any sheep in the area? Would you do it again?

Jack,
I would guess I saw around 200 sheep in 4 days. We saw more sheep than ibex to be honest! I'd go back in a heartbeat, but not in the area we hunted in August, probably wait until November for the rut. I'll explain why we went in August in my report.

Greg BrownleeBrief report posted in the "Hunting Reports Rest Of World" forum. Either the wifi doesn't work at my hotel or I'm just having trouble connecting, so I was unable to upload the full report from my computer. I'll post more photos and the full report when I'm home. Some photos of the hunt are on our company Facebook page (
