 Guineafowl, Natal Spurfowl, Swainson's Spurfowl, Crested Francolin Thought I would do a hunt report but Photobucket has been a pain of late so might post a few pictures with captions. Hunted with Kwan Safaris back in August. Couples trip, four couples spent three days in Krueger Park then on to Dullstroom for seven days of wing shooting. We used Dully as a base to hunt ducks and geese, redwing and greywing partridge, pigeons, francolin and spurfowl. Here is an afternoon chasing francolin courtesy of Charl Van Rooyen. On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.  A late evening pass shooting Egyptian geese. Unfortunately we never ran across any Spurwings, which are some of the largest geese in the world. That said, it was all we could do to bring these bad boys to bag!
