It looks more like a punch in the mouth than a shot to me. I'm guessing one of the duck hunters took offense at the flag waving greenie in his decoy set. Where are all those crocs when you need them? dancing

When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.

NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR.

I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.

In some states it violates statutes to interfere with a legal hunting endeavor.

Maybe the Aussies have what could be called "Out of court settlements" or a good dig in the gub

Well, I was wrong. It was a shot even if she deserved a punch in the mouth. Looks like they were using at least #2 steel. She's lucky she didn't lose an eye. Bumb Ditch.

With all the bad flooding in AU this year, the forthcoming hatch should produce enough waterfowl to put them in plague status again. Grain farmers will be begging for people to shoot them off their fields. Maybe that will include morons too.

That is just unethical and unsportsmanlike hunting. Everybody know you need at least 00 buck for proper treehugger hunting. As you can see anything less and they run away wounded and squawking.

Collector can correct me if I'm wrong(or kamo gari rotflmo) but.....I believe severe flooding does far more harm than good to breeding fowl and nesting, specifically.

Norton, there has been severe drought in AU for so long, the anti's were able to suspend all duck hunting in certain areas/provinces. Flooding hurts during the nesting period, but having grown up on a large river, ground nesting ducks/geese will just lay again if there is time before the next migration. This news about AU's possible waterfowl explosion wasn't something I just made up. My good friend and Australian PH spent a week with me in Dallas this year and we talked a lot about waterfowl hunting and the effect their catastrophic flood would have on the ducks. I hope they do explode again. I remember clients telling me back in the late '70s & early '80s how many ducks were there and farmers needed them shot...for free, including free shells.
Cheers,
David
BTW, these protesters are borderline retarded, quite surely they have small brain matter.

Understood LDK......no water is worse than too much water for fowl if no happy medium exists. Hopefully, the ducks prodigious rebound is such following the recent alluvion that those antis are covered in fowl foul excrement. Big Grin

Actually the perfect tool would be the beautiful 8 barreled 220 Swift I once saw,

apparently developed for a Mid- Eastern Royal.

4 barrels over 4 more ALL discharged at once Eeker

it was his long-range Swan gun--

designed to have about a 1 meter pattern at 200 meters

FORTY PERCENT of those responding to the poll said that all duck hunting should be banned. Wow! I guess the average Ozzie is now on the list of people worldwide that scare me with their stupidity/emasculated concepts.

In Alberta it's an offense to "interfere with a legal hunt" In the mountain zones around Canmore I've heard of greenies chasing game away from hunters. I'd pony up some bucks for that lawsuit and would love to see them get charged.
