Hunt was conducted where the Mayflower came ashore in 1620.

A little salty language in the vids (slight kiddie warning IOW).

Enjoy, and cheers.

Very nice indeed. Thanks

Into my heart on air that kills
From yon far country blows:
What are those blue remembered hills,
What spires, what farms are those?
That is the land of lost content,
I see it shining plain,
The happy highways where I went
And cannot come again.

Sweet! I hope to do that sometime this year. Was it your boat and dog?

No and no. Close friend's on both counts. Our local duck slaying mob has around 25 guys and around 35 boats though (2 are mine) to alternate with. We were hunting the Cape (Cod). When we hunt Boston south, our south shore brethren host; vice versa when we gun the Hahbah north, and into the NH coast. Neither here nor there, but if anyone is interested in a seaducking guide, a good friend of mine does it on the side that I can recommend without any reservations. We hunt together a great deal and, as is the case with most watermen, trust each other with our lives. And NO, I have no stake or interest whatsoever in his one man outfit. Just thought I'd offer to help anyone who hasn't experienced this kind of unique hunt to anyone who wants info. Oh, and when weather cooperates in later season, we use his hand-crafted layout rig to gun out of. Big, big fun. See link for an earlier post. BTW, if this post is construed as advertising by me and inappropriate, I'll happily delete.

Now that was very very cool Kamo Gari!

I admit I've been really hoping you'd do some more video and pictures since you posted your frigid experience last year. What a different duck hunting world you live in! Closest I've ever come to doing anything like you guys are doing is hunting divers on open stretches of the Tennessee River in North Alabama. Even then we always had an island at our backs. A good dog sure beats the fishing rod and snatch hook retrieve!

I laughed out loud at the Duck identification lesson your buddy gave!

Keep it up. Like to see more.
