My brother in law just puchased an over/under 12 guage shotgun from a police supply store. The only identifying trait to it is the word "Baikal" Anyone know about this type of shotgun that could give some info (manufacturer, location, etc...)

Thanks

They're Russian, and you'll find a review on then at
www.sportingclays.net/forums/thread.cfm?threadid=19&messages=69 Or just search for baikal shotguns on any of the search engines.

If I Remember right they are EAA, I think it stands for European American Arms. I had one in 12 ga. and sold it. It really was'nt a bad gun. I just bought it to see if I liked it and although it was'nt a red label or citori it really was'nt a bad shooter for clays. On the the other hadnd Be sure to tell him to clean it well before takeing it out because i think they are made in russia and those cats really put alot of cosmolene on there. Stuff stinks to.
