If you have a bucket list for west coast waterfowl (Barrows or Common Goldeneye, Lesser or Greater Scaup, Bufflehead, Old Squaw/Longtail, Red Breasted Merganser, Common/Black or White wing Scoter and more), then check this rare opening for Washington State (they usually are booked two years out). Note: Harliquins are closed this year!

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."

I cannot fit this into my schedule this year or I’d have already spoken for this hunt. Washington has some very interesting waterfowl hunting and this hunt should be great for whoever jumps on it.

$2,350 for a five day fully outfitted duck hunt is nice deal. You’d pay a lot more for that in Eastern Washington.
