Which of these two produces better products? Isn't one owned by Beretta?

I'm thinking of my first BP firearm just for fun.

Considering a 1851 Colt, 1858 Rem, Flintlock pistol or Flintlock rifle.

I've heard some repros can be pretty shabby so I want to ensure I get a solid firearm.
