The Judge is taking New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen to a logical absurdity to make a point, and allow the S. Ct., an attempt to narrow the option.

Now, obviously, the controlling distinction should have been the 2nd Amendment as a limitation upon legislative acts should be applied to citizens. However, this will shock some. The courts do not make that distinction when dealing w legislative or executive incursions on upon a federally elected rigjt.

Where the Constitution is the law of the land it applies.

The predictable result of the activist majority on the Supreme Court making up the Law as they go along. I'd say we'll respect their right to carry a firearm, right back to where they came from. And deport them, with their firearm, unloaded of course, and leave it to where they end up to decide on the legality of their firearms possession. The question is not whether their firearm is legal in the US when they aren't.
