It should be clear to all that the mental deterioration of Biden isn’t new and the MSM has covered for him for a long time. Thursday, however, was too public and too sad to hide, even though some vested sycophants are trying. While the left was successful in convincing TDS sufferers that Hur’s clear conclusions that Joe is a crook, but senile, 50,000,000+ watched the debacle live in the MSM’s huge blown gamble… Even TDS sufferers now know the truth if the disease will let themselves open their eyes. Two truths, that is. First, the MSM has been lying big time, and secondly, there’s been a deceitful and effective coverup about all things Biden for a long, long time. (I guess they believed their own fantasies).

So now, just maybe a few of those with TDS will awake and wonder, “If I was duped into believing Biden still had a functioning brain, maybe I’ve been duped into believing that the Biden family wasn’t selling American integrity and Joe wasn’t the Big Guy, etc., etc. “

Whatcha think?

And maybe the TDS folks will begin to understand that everything anti-Trump from the more discredited MSM needs a grain of salt or three.

Second query.
We now know how corrupt Garland is hiding from the American public the Hur tapes (that would show to all that the debate senility wasn’t new). Garland’s actions in failing to abide by a lawful subpoena and to release the tapes to Congress (and all of us) is devised to distort an election and fulfill his and Biden’s other handlers’ agenda.
Executive privilege, my ass.

Should he be prosecuted?

Nah...the biggest lie is the one Trump has been telling, that the 2020 election was stolen from him.

Yes, Trump should be prosecuted for his attempt at stealing the last election.

TDS....you sure as hell have it. Just keep on worshiping the Orange Jesus.

The claim that “Biden is a poor choice” does not make Trump a good choice - or even the better choice.

Y’all have a dilemma. The best thing that could happen is if the studio roof at the debate fell on both of them and you could start over from scratch. That’s not a one sided criticism; we have the exact same problem of ‘no good choice’ looming here.

Was it Trump who floated the idea that the election had been stolen from him or was it his camp who claimed and convinced him that foul play had been committed as it is doubtful Trump had the time to personally involve himself in investigating the cast votes.

I guess it is always more convenient for the anti-crowd to directly call out and blame the man instead of his party as it sounds sweeter to the ears and it will also be interesting to see how his convictions end up; will they carry or be revoked?

The charges related to the Storming of the Capitol will also be a hot topic.

I believe that there were discussions before the election about what to do if trump lost. Knowing that he doesn't like to lose at ANYTHING it wouldn't surprise me in the least if he was the instigator in THAT mess. The fact that he went along with it makes him as culpable as any of the others.

THIS!

Trump himself gives plenty of reason/s not to vote for him.

The poor little Orange man is the victim again? Someone else puts words in his mouth? He is not capable of making his own decisions in regards to
whether the election was fair or not?

My goodness man, Trump is nearly 80 years old, at what point in time does accountability for past behavior come into play?

That is his lie that he KEEPS ON spouting, he is responsible for it not "the party".

And who started this thread? What was the claim?

Biden has declined, and has some poor policies I certainly do not agree with. The problem with your claims of Biden's maleficence is that they have not been proven. Just prove that he is involved with Hunter or any of the other baseless claims. I happy to lock him up along side Trump.

But you just can't come up with the evidence. That is the problem Doc.

Biden has declined. That’s the understatement of the century.
Your news sources knew it. The leftist media intentionally denied it when they knew the truth. Fox and others were called liars when they showed instances of the senility. Garland is still trying to hide it with subpoena avoidance.
It’s not even a leap of faith to perhaps wonder if the allegations of the various investigations by Congress are true and Biden is exactly who Hunter claims he is… or do you still have faith in the MSM that lied to you and hid Biden’s incompetence. The Big Guy challenged us to follow the money. It’s been done.
If you still deny it, I guess you think the MSM is not hiding facts and not reporting the overwhelming circumstantial evidence of bribery and influence peddling. Kinda like the stolen secret documents with the Corvette or the $9,000,000.00 paid to disclose the contents to a ghost writer.

Between President Biden and Trump only one has called for the Constitution to be suspended and his immediate reinstatement to power. That person is Trump.

Enough said.

Had President Obama acted like Trump after the 2016 elections allowing a Left Wing mob to storm the Capitol to deliver HRC the election, Judge G, Jtex, Dr. Easter, 450, and the rest would have called for 2nd Amendment remedies.

What I think is that GOP House committee is investigating Biden, not the MSM, and that committee has not been able to produce the evidence needed to move the ball. If they can come up with the goods then they have my full support, but they can't. Five years of hearing that the evidence would drop any day now...yet nothing. Trump and his cronies have been trying to paint Biden as corrupt since before his FIRST IMPEACHMENT. You may remember that the reason Trump was impeached the first time is that he could not produce any evidence of Biden's corruption so he attempted to blackmail Zelenskyy to fabricate it.

Prove the corruption and you have my support for prosecuting Biden fully. A novel concept for a Judge....allegations need to be proven before being considered factually correct.

A real question:

Do you not believe the uncontroverted facts that contemporaneously with the committees time lines over $20,000,000 was transferred to Joe’s family members through money and diamonds and exotic cars, that money laundering shell corporations were formed to hide the transfers, that Hunter chronicled the shakedowns on the laptop, that Joe met with the foreign beneficiaries of the schemes and the witness under oath were lying.
Come on… Why did those companies and the CCP pay the money if the weren’t getting value from it…. And why won’t Jim tell us what that value was if it wasn’t Joe influencing US policy.
If so, I guess you will continue to believe Joe just had a cold like the MSM tells you.

Prove your case and proceed, otherwise you are just another conspiracy theory nutter the best I can tell.

You would think a judge might understand that in our system the burden of proof lays with the prosecutors. The GOP has made the charge, but they can't prove the case.

The Saudis gave Jared Kushner 2 billion dollars, using your logic that would make Trump corrupt.

That's the thing they do over and over again.

And it works in the court of public opinion.

How often do we see examples of that stated as fact, or at least rigid belief?

I see some serious hypocrisy going on.

Calling those in Biden's close circle and the media liars because they tried to cover for him, or provide benefit of doubt, is a stretch IMO. The cat is out of the bag now. He will have good and bad days.

How does that compare to what practically all Trumpsters have been doing for a long time? They cover or just ignore his condition as a liar and his cognitive ability is declining too. And he hasn't had a good grip on reality for a long time. And there's his incompetence - wow.

There are at least two or three things Trump excels at: lying, pretending to be something he's not, and he's a magician. Like magic, he can make alt-reality into reality.

Biden can't compete with that.

Here’s more facts that the MSM isn't reporting. TDS keeps many from even being curious.
Both Democrat impeachment committees refused to allow any reasonable cross examination of witnesses and even destroyed all accrued exculpatory evidence re the Jan 6th impeachment. Now, it’s become clear that Nancy Pelosi has admitted her culpability. Trump offered 10,000 Guardsmen.
The first impeachment hearing attempted to show that Trump was withholding funds in a quid pro quo scheme when the laptop and money transfer records to the Bidens show exactly the opposite.

So why can the GOP not move to impeach? Because they do not have a case.

Are you really telling me that the laptop proves that Trump did not try to blackmail Zelenskyy??? Really??

What the laptop has failed to prove is that Biden is involved with Hunter's business.

It did prove that Tucker Carlson and Hunter are good buddies and Tucker will throw anyone under the bus for a dollar.

Trump wanted to withhold already approved funds, alright, but it wasn't quid pro quo. It was blackmail or extortion.

Not really, only one of them is a completely amoral criminal from what is currently known.

I'm open minded, if the GOP can prove its allegations against Biden we should imprison him as well as Trump.

One does wonder why the GOP has not been able to answer that question. Seems every time they have a witness that "has the dirt" that witness turns out to have....nadda, zip, zilch, or ends up arrested.

Five years of investigations, not counting the earlier period where Trump was impeached over blackmailing Zelenskyy, and nothing.....

Of the GOP had a credible case they would certainly move to impeach in an election year simply for the political damage it would create. The problem is, the case is full of allegations but devoid of proof.

Goes both ways....

Not really, only one of them is a completely amoral criminal from what is currently known.

I'm open minded, if the GOP can prove its allegations against Biden we should imprison him as well as Trump.

Steve, one simple question, why did the Biden's have or need all those shell corporations?

Goes both ways . . .

One simple question, why would someone lie on certified financial statements that they know are going to be used to secure hundreds of millions of dollars in loans?

That question seems to have been answered. Additionally, the question not asked was answered too.

Come on… Why did those companies and the CCP pay the money if the weren’t getting value from it…. And why won’t Jim tell us what that value was if it wasn’t Joe influencing US policy.
If so, I guess you will continue to believe Joe just had a cold like the MSM tells you.

Biden has declined. That’s the understatement of the century.
Your news sources knew it. The leftist media intentionally denied it when they knew the truth. Fox and others were called liars when they showed instances of the senility. Garland is still trying to hide it with subpoena avoidance.
It’s not even a leap of faith to perhaps wonder if the allegations of the various investigations by Congress are true and Biden is exactly who Hunter claims he is… or do you still have faith in the MSM that lied to and hid Biden’s incompetence. The Big Guy challenged us to follow the money. It’s been done.
If still deny it, I guess you think the MSM is only selectively hiding facts and not reporting the overwhelming circumstantial evidence of bribery and influence peddling is not proof…. Kinda like the stolen secret documents with the Corvette or the $9,000,000.00 paid to disclose the contents to a ghost writer.

That Biden is a turd as well is where you guys fall down.

Your complaints about whatttaboutthereism are pure projection.

And who started this thread? What was the claim?

Biden has declined, and has some poor policies I certainly do not agree with. The problem with your claims of Biden's maleficence is that they have not been proved. Just prove that he is involved with Hunter or any of the other baseless claims. I happy to lock him up along side Trump.

But you just can't come up with the evidence. That is the problem Doc.

I do believe.

And exactly the same, if not worse, was done by Trump’s Bimbo daughter’s husband! rotflmo

The Washington Post consistently covers for Biden, denied the authenticity of Hunter’s laptop, still retains the Pulitzer for dishonest Russian Hoax reporting and you refer to their article to convince yourself that the circumstantial evidence against Joe is not real.
What a hoot! Best TDS lately.

That's loaded.

But I'll get to the point. Neither you nor I or WaPo or anyone that I know of has claimed the "circumstantial evidence" is not real. What some reasonable people, like me and WaPo, have said is that it doesn't light up a path to Joe, especially with evidence that isn't just circumstantial.

You should know darn well that circumstantial evidence carries a heavy burden of proof in court, and it should carry a similar burden in the court of public opinion. That burden is called the preponderance or beyond reasonable doubt, depending on civil or criminal respectively.

The burden of proof has not been met.

What you and other Gomers, namely Comer, Jordon, etc. are doing is connecting dots from circumstantial to fact that don't connect, except in your imagination. It's actually the same as lying. It would never hold up in court and you, especially, should know that.

Circumstantial evidence is generally corroborated or verified with specific direct evidence before declaring facts derived.

So, why are you harping righteously that you know the truth?

======================================

And also, you start your post quoted above with lies twisted in the same manner as the circumstantial BS. I don't feel the need to unravel your twist. All of it has been beat to death previously, yet you still state as fact stuff that's not true.

I disagree. (Somewhat respectfully Big Grin)

Was Hunter clairvoyant? Was he such a good con man that he convinced folks and nations to send him millions and millions of dollars on false promises that his dad would affect policy toward them or their countries? Why did he refer to payments to his dad in communications that he could have only thought would remain private. Hunter, assuming he’s also convicted of his tax violations, could be sentenced to jail for most of his remaining life. The Feds usually pressure defendants to give up coconspirators. That’s happened in all the Trump prosecutions. The DOJ is, of course, conflicted with their boss being who Hunter would rat out.

The Democrats are relying on the public’s (and your) mistaken belief that some magic in a crime lab is necessary to prove guilt. That’s t.v. And seldom happens.

From what I've read, seen or gathered, everyone is aghast at what Hunter did. There's a term for it, but generally speaking he rode the coat tails of his father, selling supposed access or special connections.

It's corruption, pure and simple.

Also, it appears, circumstantially, that Joe couldn't put a stop to it or control his son's behavior. He was busy, you know, with other stuff such as governance.

It's politically expedient for GOPers to claim that Joe is implicated. And the claim goes beyond what the direct evidence supports.

So far, objectively, it seems the greatest wrong has little to do with Joe but instead with those who extrapolate and embellish for political gain.

If this was a one-time deal with GOPers, that's different. This is standard M.O. with GOPers, and it's effective, mostly because of people just like you. It looks like a political cry-wolf thing.

JudgeG,
Glad to see you back posting again. You are/were missed.

I just watched the Ken Burns docuseries on Vietnam. It is long and fascinating.

Confirms that all political parties are purely self serving - from the Dems and Repbublicans to the Viet Cong and Communistis under Ho chi Minh....

Watch it.

Yep…somebody had to deposit the checks.

Do you really (I mean really) believe governments pay millions for access they don’t get!?

If so…I got some ocean front property you might be interested in in western Oklahoma — it does have sand dunes. Wink
