Actually, that you defend and cover for terrorists like Hamas using their civilians as human shields for their terror speaks all there is to know as to what you are. It's hard to believe a westerner/Infidel could show any passivity considering what's gone on before and after 9/11. Could well be you are neither.

But it should be pointed out that its obligations were set out under the 2015 agreement with the US and others. In 2019? Trump pulled the US out of the agreement so it was pretty much dead and buried.
