“Weaponizing” is obvious. Bannon goes to jail for refusing a subpoena. Garland then gives himself a pass for contemptuous acts in refusing to release the subpoenaed tapes of Biden during the Hur interview. Garland has said that the reason he refuses to release them is because it would allow Republicans the ability to use those for political purposes. Thereby, he has just defined what weaponization is. It’s the prosecution (or lack of prosecution) of opponents (or conversely allies) to reap political benefit. Garland is a third rate political hack still trying to play payback for his failure to make it to the SCOTUS.

I agree that the sentence isn't long enough. He should be forced to sit in a cell with Jethro until he complies with the subpoena.
