Sounds like they're way up past their bedtimes and are probably getting delirious.

Or else they're just playing along with you, Ledvm, saying what you want to hear, then laughing their asses off when you leave the room.

I’m surprised anyone is awake in the Netherlands at 4am.

Here is a poll taken before the election across 7 European states showing who they would prefer to see win

If you are surprised, you must not do a lot of international business. It is common place for European companies to have teams who work in USA business hours for international transactions.

As to polls, surely it has become obvious by now, that what people convey to public pollsters and what in reality they actually do are often different.

A born Texan has instilled in his system a mind-set of no retreat or no surrender. I wish everyone the world over had the dominating spirit that motivates Texans.– Billy Clayton, Speaker of the Texas House

No state commands such fierce pride and loyalty. Lesser mortals are pitied for their misfortune in not being born in Texas.— Queen Elizabeth II on her visit to Texas in May, 1991.

In these international meetings…I avoid politics like the plague. It is in my interest to be as neutral as possible. A lot of these guys just can’t get enough though and to be polite I get drug into these political discussions. These people never portray the mindset that Nute would lead us to believe is the norm.

I deal with European customers as they are on my time zone. I don't deal with the US at all.

Polls have a margin of error, none can be absolutely accurate. If you looked at the link however you'd see that the difference in the numbers is stark.

Denmark 7% for Trump, 81% Harris
Spain 17% Trump, 65% Harris
UK 15% Trump, 62% Harris

No margin of error is going to close those gaps. Im surprised the UK figure for trump is as high as 15% based on folks I speak to.

Trump will be the next POTUS, I hope he can learn from last time and behave in a manner which befits the office.
