I don't know who/what would have the legal standing to file charges, I suspect the same grand jury that is giving charges to the Jan6th people would be the right case -let's just assume that the DOJ would sort out who could file and where

I would FULLY support a 14th amendment ban from office with a guilty verdict in such a case.

Personally, I don't want trump on any ballot, and this could settle the matter, with a couple quick appeals, it would be over, done, and settled. And no, I am not having mental reservations that the SCOTUS would save him.
