Your article indicates the funds were embarked for the purpose by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill.

So, tell me how President Biden is running the money away from non supportive contractors?

Also, we can argue the how, but we cannot argue the infrastructure funded is needed.

The investment reprotedly includes $575 million directed to coastal infrastructure for issues like "sea level rise, tidal flooding, hurricanes, storm surge," as well as $67 million to help California's unreliable power grid to get through extreme weather events, according to a statement from the Biden administration.

The money for the projects will be drawn from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act.

That is from your source. Congress allocated the funds. The President is dispensing the funds as directed by legislation.

That is how it works.

Exactly, just the way Barry did it.

It's Joe's grift errrrrrrr Act and the uniparty was more than happy to pass it for him.

Take McConnell for instance Hymen. When the R's took Congress back, what did he do?

Again, show me the President is keeping contractors who did not donate from accessing the bids this legislation provides?

Otherwise, there is no crime nor unethical behavior.

The States are the ones who administer the bid process.

GOP loves to complain about problems to generate vote and donations. The Border is a great example.

That does not change the Fact being Congress has passed an undead bill allocating funds. The President is properly dispensing those funds (unless you can show otherwise). That is how the system was designated to Work.

No, there's no crime, I agree and both sides do it.

The "system" is the crime and the lobbyists are the benefactors.

Print, print, print that fiat..............what could go wrong? rotflmo

So, how are we supposed to do it?

Congress passed a spending/infrastructure bill. That is what legislators do.

Henry Clay and the American Plan comes to mind.

President Biden had not pledged anything. He is following legislation passed by Congress. Legislation that Congress is empowered to engage in.

If a storm surge knocked out your home and businesses, you would be demanding why Congress did not engage in infrastructure correction to prevent it. We would also see more speeding to react to such a disaster.

Sure, investments in infrastructure is understandable and believe it or not. I have no problem with SOME money for the green agenda, but $500 billion that we are borrowing, while we send 200 billion to Ukraine and untold billions around the world in "Foreign Aid" is a bit excessive IMO.

Again, this isn't just a D issue, it's how they bilk the tax-payer. Soon we'll be paying a trillion a year just to service our debt!!! rotflmo

What they're SUPPOSE to do...............is operate on a balanced budget. It's been 21 years since the crooks balanced a budget and that was when your boy Slick Willie benefited from the dot.com boom, with a little help from Newt the perv!

Congress has completed appropriations before the start of the fiscal year only 4 times in the past 40 years.

As I said, the system is the crime. It's not a bad system, it's just bent and rigged...........to the benefit of the elite.

The middle class has no chance anymore and it's a shame. Remember when you were the party of the Middle Class?
