And, sure enough, they do not have one yet. They would be wise to outsource enrichment for awhile, although that would necessitate letting others know the plan, and keep it secret. No solid assessment of damage to the previously existing facilities yet. Was there a back door to them?

Jefferey Sachs spoke of "...the Arab World, the Turkish World, and the Persian World...", rivals for domination of the Middle East and subcultures of the larger Moslem World.

I idly wonder what the other worlds think of all this on a quiet night with time to ponder. An opportunity to make a move? Or not? There was a lot of equipment left in Iraq and Afghanistan for boots on the ground...
